As well as yoga, there are massage treatments, relevant talks and workshops, organic food, goodie bags and a library of useful literature and contacts. Babies spend short periods of time in a cosy, loving crèche while a well-planned timetable ensures mothers are never separated from their babies for long. By using individual experiences of parenting and with an understanding of many cultures and past traditions we hope to expand and rekindle your power as mothers.
